This is directly east of Reykjavik. Your first stop will be Thingvellir National Park (2 hours spent here), followed by lunch at the tomato farm, Fridheimer (reservations required), then Geysir (definitely wait to see one or two of the geyser shots, which come every 15'ish minutes), then Gullfoss waterfall.

This is southeast of Reykjavik. Your first stop will be the Rutshellir Caves, then Skogafoss waterfall, Solheimajokull glacier, lunch in Vik (suggested: The Soup Company), Reynisfjara Beach, and finally Seljalandsfoss waterfall. You will actually pass the last waterfall on the way there, but it is suggested to get there later in the afternoon to avoid large crowds. Note: you will get wet at this waterfall!

Valid if the volcano is still erupting. You can hike multiple trails up to the lava. This route will take you back toward the airport. From Reykjavik, you would head south to Fagradalsfjall Volcano. After the volcano hike, which could take a few minutes to a few hours, you will then go to either the Blue Lagoon https://goo.gl/maps/QL8mXQ8s1mxcvTix5 (near the volcano--reservations need to be made in advance) or the Sky Lagoon https://goo.gl/maps/y41DRQQDTJDUB9xy5 (on the coast in Reykjavik--reservations need to be made in advance).
*The Blue Lagoon can also be visited immediately upon arrival or right before leaving Iceland, as it is close to the airport.
*The Sky Lagoon can easily be added on to the end of itineraries 1 or 2 above, but not any earlier than 5pm to allow enough time to get back to Reykjavik.
